Description: When IRS agent, Herbert Klugenheimer (Stephen Savage), goes out on a routine tax investigation of Rhonda Jo Petty’s greatest little cathouse of Las Vegas, he finds himself in a state of shock. What Herbert thought when he started auditing Rhonda’s books was that Rhonda Jo’s place was just a school for the training of interpersonal relationships. Herbert suspects foul play and pursues his audit doggedly, but Rhonda Jo runs a good house and has handled trickier situations.
