I guess there is no better version with such duration
They are the same. The VHS in English has additional trailer previews attached to its end. VHS has correct aspect ratio (easy to re-adjust for the dvd-rip in most soft players). DVD-rip is in French, has better colour and no hard subs, but blurrier motion.
