Description: The narrator of “Perverted Passion” informs the viewer that he/she is responsible for the making of this porn film because the viewer “voted to cut government spending” (in California, where the film was shot), and thus one voyeuristic mental case with a hang-up for abuse and murder is released early from an institution, and a motorcycle-riding thug is released early from prison due to these budget cuts. The two will eventually cross paths in the film. In the meantime, the mental case spies on numerous young couples having all kinds of sex, and once in a while strangles a female sex partner to death, while the escaped prisoner robs copulating couples at gunpoint.
