Description: Classic ’70s hardcore attained a new “height” in the unintentionally uproarious More Than Friends starring porno luminaries Cyndee Summers, Lilly Foster, Rick Cassidy and Rick Lutze.
Cyndee and Ric play a married couple heading rapidly for the proverbial marital rocks because of infidelity and mistrust. For solace, Cyndee flies to the arms of lesbian Foster. Then she spreads her legs for Ric’s business partner Cassidy, who delivers the unforgettable line, “I’m coming! Oh, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, what have we done!” (Which should have been uttered by the producers of this film when they viewed the dailies.)
Foster, who is constantly flubbing her lines and stepping on those of her co-stars, does master her ineptitude long enough to get off the following shot at Ric: “You’ve got a lotta nerve for a guy with a limp rod!”
The ironic climax of this wonderful barbarity involves a sex-cultist, a Freudian slip, lesbo-phobia, and an ancient VD joke. They just don’t make ’em like this anymore.
